堆叠颠簸测试两箱满载堆叠，采用不规则折线模拟地形，用真实路途遇到的颠簸情况来模拟，通过地形情况测试围板的抗震性以及牢固稳定性，该测试过程每个阶段都会引起不同程度的振动，以模拟真实路途中遇到的各种情况。
堆叠爬坡测试两箱满载堆叠，测量箱体在爬坡时整体结构稳定性，是否会出现坍塌等。
冷冻测试测试箱体在低温环境下，整体的结构，材质抗冲击性。
抗压测试压力机上压板对产品持续施加压力，下降幅度在大压力处下降10%时停止施压。
跌落测试产品分别在常温、低温下，被测体离地面高度1.2m连续跌落三次。
冲击测试冲击测试分为斜面冲击和水平冲击。产品各面以1.1m/s的末速度分别进行撞击，测试产品的抗冲击性。
